Welcome to Walk In My Shoes!
Walk In My Shoes has been created to provide every Smartie with the opportunity to experience something new! We are privileged to work in one of the most exciting industries in the world and although you all have your roles to play, you may be curious about what it is like to do a different job – just for a day. Having said this you may fall in love with a different role and maybe you will feel that this should be your destiny – perhaps, you could change your stars!
Working in your chosen department for a day, you will step straight into the roles and perspectives of your colleagues and gain a greater understanding, and perhaps a new level of empathy, for the daily challenges, the highs and the lows. As said, you may even discover a new career path or you may decide that you are in the best role that you could dream of!
